We are committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Please take extra care when trying on swimsuits. Ensure that they are tried on over your own underwear and avoid wearing any makeup, perfume, or deodorant that might leave a scent or mark. For hygiene reasons, we may reject returns if these precautions are not followed, or if the protective adhesive strip has been removed.
If you decide to return or exchange an item bought on our online store you have 15 days from the delivery date to do so, as long as it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, including being unworn and unwashed, with proof of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards) or for store credit at your discretion; store credit will be issued in the case of gift returns.
- Items marked Sale cannot be returned.
- Online orders may be returned by mail. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Combined returns are prohibited.
- Return labels for APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be generated.
- We do not accept packages sent via C.O.D. service.
- Returns by mail are subject to a $8.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select Store Credit as your method of return payment, the fee will be waived.
- We suggest using your local post office for returns to avoid additional taxes. Please note that customers are responsible for any loss or damage during transit, so keep a record of your tracking number for reference.
Return & Refund Process

- After completing your return online, you will be emailed your Return Label.
- Your package can be dropped off at USPS locations within 14 days from creating your label.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
- This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 3-7 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
- Where returns are processed for store credit, a Bliss Beachwear discount code or gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
- If the shipment does not contain the product in new condition, we reserve the right to void the credit or, if the credit has been used, charge your original payment method for the used credit.
- Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as a Bliss Beachwear gift card to the gift recipient, once the return order is in transit back to us.
